• Vendor Management: I will greet, guide, and coordinate with your vendors to ensure timely arrivals, accurate rentals and that your vision comes together as planned.

• Décor Setup & Teardown: I will handle all the final touches—from setting up your décor to packing it away at the end of the night. All rentals from your vendors will be coordinated and returned as well.

• Rehearsal & Ceremony Coordination: I will lead your rehearsal and direct the ceremony, ensuring everyone knows their role and the event flows beautifully and on time.
